Opening statement
Our BNB is settled in the enclosure of STELLA MARIS Convent, therefore some peace is required
Parking
The yard being in front of the social center offers enough parking possibilities. Please do not park in the alleys or in front of Entrance door of BNB.
Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood.
Off-limit areas
Except special permission the kitchen is not accessible.
Smoking
More and more people are non smokers.
Cigarette odor is difficult to evacuate in a room and may disgust the next guests.
So please do not smoke in rooms as well as in common aeras.
Parties and events
No parties or events are allowed, other than expected in Conference Hall
Visitors
No visitors allowed after 7 PM.
The maximum property capacity is indicated as 2 guests in AC room and 3 guests in fan room.
Exception for guests having paid an extra for mattress and pillow.
Noise and the neighborhood
Quiet time after 11 p.m.
Laundry
We have a service of laundry and ironing.
Kindly check the website or ask at reception.
Eating aera
No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room and leave it clean.
Garbage and recycling
Waste bins are disposed in each bedroom.
Two waste bins are disposed in the dining room.
Balcony/Deck area
Children being alone are not allowed on roof terrace.
Keep a close eye on your kids while being on the balcony or roof terrace
Pets
More and more people have allergy.
The presence of a pet in room can give allergy to a future guest even after cleaning the room.
Travelers with pet allergies won’t book if we allow pets.
So we decided that we did not accept pets in the BNB
Security
The belongings will be kept safe and secure if you remember to close and lock all the doors and windows before leaving the property.
Economy
Energy waste as well as climate change obligations may oblige us to be careful with water and anergy.
Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.
Damages and breakages
Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner.
Any damage or breakage will be at the cost of the guest

Compliance
In case of non-compliance with these rules we reserve the right to ask penalties or eviction without refunding.
Whatever the case of cancellation, as the payment is completed and money processed through a gateway which charges us a commission, we will never refund more than the amount we received.
They charge us :
1,4 % + 0,25 € for European cards.
2,9 % + 0,25 € for other cards.
No show either High season or low season.
If the guests do not show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
Low season – 1 day.
The guests can cancel free of charge until 1 day before arrival.
The guests will be fully charged if they cancel within 1 day before arrival.
High season – 14 days.
The guests can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival.
The guests will be fully charged if they cancel within 14 days before arrival.
Grace Period.
No fees charged for bookings cancelled within 4 hours of booking, except bank commissions charged to us
Date changes.
No fees just adjustment of the price, upon availability.
Children policies / Child policies.
Children of any age are allowed.
Extra bed & cot options.
No cots are available.
No extra beds but mattress and pillow.
No matter the age, the guests pay an extra per person per night when using an extra mattress.
No more than 2 extra mattresses per AC room and 1 per Fan room.
